This coffee comes from the farm managed by Silvio Leite, who serves as a head judge for the Cup of Excellence.
It features a gentle acidity and sweetness reminiscent of green apple, with a smooth, honey-like texture. A refined, tea-like finish adds a touch of elegance to the cup.
