2025年COEではチャンピオンという輝かしい成績を残しています。
彼の育てるTypica種の品質は別格で、通常のものより大きく楕円形であることが特徴です。

黄桃やマンダリンオレンジのような風味にハチミツを思わせるフローラル感を纏ったジューシーかつ濃密な甘さ。
口当たりの滑らかさを伴い余韻に広がる糖蜜のような強い甘さも圧倒的です。

We have been purchasing coffee from producer Orlando Carvajal since we first won the auction for his 2021 Cup of Excellence lot.
In the 2025 competition, he achieved the remarkable distinction of becoming the COE Champion.
The Typica variety he cultivates stands out for its exceptional quality, with beans that are notably larger and more oval in shape than usual.

This coffee features flavors of yellow peach and mandarin orange, accompanied by a floral honey-like sweetness.
It offers a juicy, dense sweetness with a smooth mouthfeel, and a lingering finish of molasses-like richness that is truly outstanding.
