生産処理のカーボニックマセレーションナチュラルでは人工的に二酸化炭素を注入してタンク内の酸素を押し出し、嫌気性発酵を促します。

ラムレーズンを思わせる芳醇な風味特性が特徴的です。
熟したいちごやオレンジ、いちじくのような印象もあります。
舌触りはシルクのように軽やかです。

This lot earned 2nd place in the Experimental category at the 2024 COE.
In the carbonic maceration natural process, carbon dioxide is injected into the tank to displace oxygen and promote anaerobic fermentation.

It features a rich, rum-raisin–like flavor profile, with impressions of ripe strawberry, orange, and fig.
The mouthfeel is light and silky.
