ニカラグア北部のヌエバ セゴビア エリアはCOEによって脚光を浴びた地域です。
多い時には入賞ロットの9割がこの地域から選出されました。
ニカラグアではマラカトゥーラ種が有名で、その中でも毎年上位入賞を獲得しているエミリオとオルマンが
手がけるマラカトゥーラ種は、素晴らしい品質を誇っていることで知られています。
更にこのロットは農園の中でも最も標高の高い区画で栽培され、丁寧な選別を施された超一級品です。
NOZY COFFEE創業当時からの繋がりで、毎年素晴らしい品質のコーヒーを届けてくれます。
かつて認知度の低いニカラグアは中々手に取ってもらえませんでしたが、今では人気のオリジンとなりました。

ぶどうやブルーベリーを思わせる鮮やかな酸味とマンゴーやキャンディーのような甘く厚みのある質感が特徴的です。
まさにトップ オブ トップに相応しい味わいが感じられます。

The Nueva Segovia region in northern Nicaragua has gained prominence through the Cup of Excellence.
At its peak, up to 90% of the winning lots came from this area.

In Nicaragua, the Maracaturra variety is especially renowned. Among them, the Maracaturra produced by Emilio and Olman—who consistently rank among the top in the competition—has earned a reputation for exceptional quality.

This particular lot was grown in the highest section of their farm and carefully sorted, making it a truly outstanding coffee.
Through a long-standing partnership since NOZY COFFEE’s founding, they have continued to deliver remarkable coffees year after year.

Nicaragua, once less recognized among origins, has now become one of the most sought-after producing countries.

This coffee features a vibrant acidity reminiscent of grapes and blueberries, complemented by a sweet, rich texture like mango and candy.
It truly offers a taste worthy of being called the “top of the top.”
